PAYMENT SYSTEM CHANGE AT NORTH VANCOUVER LOCATIONS: The stored credit card system is being changed and clients who have stored cards may be asked to provide their card info again. Please see the front desk for more information.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointment time has been reserved just for you and although things can come up that may inhibit you from attending, missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
ICBC: COAST Squamish has spots available for Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Active Rehab! There are LIMITED openings for our ICBC programs at North Van on 13th and our Kitsilano location. ICBC direct billing is NOT available at our COAST @Revive Medical location. We charge our usual appointment fees which ICBC does not cover the full cost of. There will be a balance remaining to be paid by the client. Please call the clinic you wish to attend to book.
FUNCTIONAL BIKE FITTING: The COAST @ Revive Medical location is offering Functional Bike Fitting with Physiotherapist James Cook. Choose the COAST @ Revive Medical location to read more information.
DIRECT BILLING: COAST can direct bill to most major benefit companies for Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy and Chiropractic services. We are unable to bill directly for Kinesiology appointments and clients with this coverage will have to self submit.
WORKSAFE CLAIMS: We do not bill directly to WorkSafe therefore any new or existing clients who have a WorkSafe claim will have to pay for visits and claim them directly with WCB. We recommend you speak to your adjuster prior to booking.
