Throughout his career, James has worked with a wide range of clients — from WorkSafeBC and ICBC patients to elite athletes, weekend warriors, children, youth, and post-surgical patients — guiding each individual toward meaningful recovery and long-term resilience.
A former professional triathlete and Canadian National Team guide for a visually impaired triathlete, James understands firsthand the demands of training, recovery, and performance.
