Grace is currently not accepting new ICBC clients.
As a former competitive swimmer Grace struggled with chronic sports-related injuries for several years until massage therapy gave her the means to live pain-free again. This transformation inspired her to complete the 3000 hour RMT training at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and become a RMT in 2014.
Grace strongly believes that education on body awareness is an integral part of the therapy, and to get better one must not only address the symptoms, but understand the cause of the pain. Grace has completed the 2-year Integrated Fascial Therapy Series and is experienced with myofascial, craniosacral, and visceral techniques to help relieve effects of acute and chronic pain, headaches, and biomechanic imbalance.
Since she has always had a strong passion in working with athletes, she is proud to be a RMT in the BC Bike Race’s Wellness Team, supporting hundreds of mountain bikers as they compete in a 7-day race around the province. She is also a senior instructor and clinic supervisor at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.
